Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to www.pcp-seymour.be (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through our online or physical store. By placing an order on our Website or in-store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

  • Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made through the PCP Seymour online store and in the physical store.

  • Delivery and Pick-up
  • Home Delivery: Products purchased can be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen.
  • In-store Pick-up: You can choose to pick up your order directly from the store. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready.
  • Exchanges and Returns
  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Belgian law, you have [14/30 days] from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request an exchange or refund, except for personalized items.
  • Exceptions: Personalized items (including, but not limited to, embroidery, printing, custom-made items, or any other future customizations) cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the Brussels Court, in accordance with Belgian law.

  • Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law. Any order placed through the online store or in-store implies full acceptance of these conditions.
